What our wedding coverage includes
A Lumenamint wedding commission begins with a pre-shoot consultation, typically two to four weeks before the date, where we walk through the timeline, identify key moments, and visit the ceremony and reception venues if we have not worked there before. On the day we arrive at least ninety minutes before the first scheduled shot so that lighting conditions and spatial constraints are understood before guests arrive. We do not use checklists of standard poses; instead we guide naturally and photograph what genuinely occurs. The final gallery — delivered within three to four weeks as high-resolution files with an amber-gold editorial grade — typically runs between 400 and 700 images, curated rather than exhaustive. A private online gallery and print-release licence are included in all packages.

Venue lighting assessment
We visit ceremony and reception spaces in advance to determine the best positions for available and supplemental light, avoiding the flat results that come from improvising on the day.
Curated gallery delivery
Within three to four weeks, a private online gallery of 400–700 edited images, graded in our warm amber-gold palette, is delivered with full print-release rights and a downloadable archive.
Flexible coverage hours
Packages run from a focused four-hour ceremony-only commission through to full-day coverage exceeding twelve hours. Additional hours are available at a fixed rate agreed before the date.
We had a small ceremony at a lighthouse outside of Halifax in October — low light, unpredictable weather, twenty guests. Lumenamint arrived knowing the site already, and the photographs showed it. The grey sky and the amber tones in the edited gallery made the whole day look exactly as it felt.

What wedding photography at Lumenamint does not cover
We do not offer same-day turnaround edits or printed albums assembled in-house. Destination weddings outside Atlantic Canada are accepted on a project-by-project basis and may involve travel fees. We work with one lead photographer per booking; second-photographer add-ons are available for guest lists above 120. Weather delays and venue access restrictions can affect the number of usable frames from outdoor ceremonies — we are transparent about this during the planning consultation rather than after delivery.
