How we approach event coverage
Every event engagement begins with a coverage plan — a written document that lists the key moments, the scheduled flow, the venue floor plan, and any restricted or priority areas. We do not arrive on the day and improvise. Knowing the programme allows us to position correctly before a panel begins or an award is announced rather than reacting afterward. For multi-session or multi-day events, we issue interim selects at agreed intervals so your communications team has usable images within hours, not days. Final edited files are delivered within five business days of the event's close. Coverage is available for events of any size, from a 20-person product launch to a 500-guest industry conference.

Lumenamint covered our two-day marine industry conference at the Halifax Convention Centre last autumn.
